I’m starbuck. I like Mass Effect a lot and started livestreaming it in late 2014. I’ve also contributed significantly to the Mass Effect Wiki and have been an administrator there since 2015. In 2016 had the honor to be involved in helping shape Mass Effect: Andromeda as part of EA’s GameChangers program, and I partnered with Twitch in 2017.
I’ve done more than a dozen trilogy playthroughs overall, with seven of them completed on-stream. I also stream a good deal of multiplayer: I enjoy challenging myself every once in a while (I got to plat solo level in my ME3MP glory days) but prioritise creating a friendly and helpful atmosphere for players of any level and background. My main motivation for streaming is that I get to shamelessly drivel about my passions — I love sharing and acquiring knowledge and new perspectives. I prefer playing familiar videogames and being the “expert”, which means regular Mass Effect streams, but for the time being I’m also looking into new games and topics to get excited about.
